IT ALL started with an interior designer…
Vanassa Chan, founder & designer of PURSUITS, draws her inspiration from design, architecture, and fashion. She earned her bachelor's degree in interior design in the United Kingdom and worked for years as a designer in Canada before launching PURSUITS in 2014. Her background in interior architecture has deeply influenced her jewelry designs, and traces of her past career can be seen in the playful way she approaches composition and geometry. Her passion and desire to create pushes her to experiment with new materials: exploring combinations of surface and shape and their potential as wearable art.
Our Collections
PURSUITS begins designing each season's collection by hand with paper and brass maquettes. Each piece undergoes many stages of testing and material exploration and all of our designs are developed with the wearer in mind. We aim to bring the allure of bold shapes and striking forms to the everyday. Our pieces are meticulously formed ,and finished with care, in small batches in our Toronto studio.
F.S. COLLECTION
Home to some of our most popular designs, the F.S. Collection is our largest series. Comprised of both necklaces and earrings, these pieces carry our signature sleekness and are created with versatility in mind. Each design is our unique take on geometry and is finished with our signature matte plating.
O COLLECTION
The bold orb shapes of our O Collection are instantly recognizable as a PURSUITS design. In this series, our carefully designed minimal pieces are paired with pops of energy and colour. These necklaces showcase personality and fun, while still being stylish and professional.
Q COLLECTION
Our newest addition to the family, the Q Collection necklaces are chunky statement pieces that command attention. Each design is made up of an accumulation of resin buttons with metallic accents, and hangs on a rubber cord with a simple pop-clasp. The designs in this collection are bold and eye-catching without sacrificing any of the wearers comfort.

All the pieces in this delicate and dainty collection are made of 925 Sterling. These small and simple designs bring a touch of polished glamour to any wardrobe. The perfect selection for those who are looking for fine jewellery.
